Recovering from Mental Fatigue During the Day.

It’s been a long day, you had a few stressful events, maybe a lack of sleep the night before, and possibly a cup of coffee that’s now put you over the edge. How do you get back into your normal zen state?

It’s simple really, just listen to your body. If you can listen to your body, practice rest, and any combination of these tips below, you'll be well on your way to feeling rested and recharged, in less than an hour !!

Meditate for 10-30 minutes.

Typically I find that I enjoy starting with an alternating hot and cold shower, and then following that up with 30 minutes of Qi Gong plus 10-20, or more minutes of meditation.

I also recommend going to bed earlier and possibly taking a small nap during the day if possible.
